Have now had two dealings with Stratstone and both have been brilliant other Harley dealers could take a leaf out of your book service and communications is excellent just need to be closer! 200 mile round trip worth it though.

Also the bike was delivered exactly when they said it would be and I had a call from them the following day to make sure that the delivery all went well and that I was happy with everything.

First class service from initial contact with Stratstone - made contact on behalf of my husband who was working away from home at the time; spoke to Tim - couldn't have been more helpful, gave me all the info I needed ...right down to telling me travel lodge accommodation for when we came down to collect the bike - now that's what I call doing a bit extra!!

My husband contacted him a few days later with several questions re bike we we're keen on and once again he was spot on ... after doing all the "dealings" over the telephone, we travelled down the 290 miles from our home and met with Tim and a couple of the Stratstone guys - very welcoming and friendly!
