At Stratstone, one of our core values is our team members, and
we demonstrate this via empowering everyone to take ownership of
their tasks and projects. We operate a team-orientated
environment, encouraging involvement and commitment from each team
member, playing an important role to be the number 1 choice in
cars. Infact, we have continuously achieved the highly valued
'Investors in People' accreditation: recognition of over a decade
of commitment to being an organisation that values its team
members.
In July 1998 we first achieved the prestigious
Investors in People standard - a fact that demonstrates we believe
in and recognise the value of our people, their performance and
their contribution to the success of our business. In September
2009 we gained re-accreditation for a further 3 years, and we are
currently the only motor dealer group in the UK to achieve this
award.
