competitor dealer within a 40 mile radius with a like for like
offer outside the Stratstone Group for less within 5 days of
placing your order with Stratstone, we will refund the difference
in price. Claims submitted under the Price Guarantee must be
accompanied by a genuine written retail quotation from a UK main
dealer, on a car of identical specification, model year, offer and
mileage within 2,000 miles. Imports excluded. Retail
customers only.
Motorcycles
*Price Guarantee - If you can find the identical used motorcycle
at a competitor dealer within a 40 mile radius with a like for like
offer outside the Stratstone Group for less within 5 days of
placing your order with Stratstone, we will refund the difference
in price. Claims submitted under the Price Guarantee must be
accompanied by a genuine written retail quotation from a UK main
dealer, on a motorcycle of identical specification, model year,
offer and mileage within 500 miles. Imports excluded.

Group for less, within 5 days of the date of your service invoice,
we will refund the difference in price. Competitor tyre price must
include fitting, valve, balancing and disposal. Claims submitted
under the Price Guarantee must be accompanied by a genuine written
quotation from the competitor business. Retail customers only.
Motorcycles
*Price Guarantee – if you can find an identical bike tyre at a
competitor business within a 15 mile radius outside Stratstone
Group for less, within 5 days of the date of your service invoice,
we will refund the difference in price. Competitor tyre price must
include fitting, valve, balancing and disposal. Claims submitted
under the Price Guarantee must be accompanied by a genuine written
quotation from the competitor business. Retail customers only.
*Drive Away within 48 hours is subject to the
vehicle being at the same dealership location where the customer
deposit is taken, cleared funds, documentation for part exchange
(if applicable), valid motoring insurance, and acceptable proof of
ID.
