At Stratstone we are committed to making it as easy as possible to resolve your concern.

 

 

Step 1

We have a network of dealerships with fully trained Dealer Principals in place to support our customers and they are empowered to resolve your concerns. In the first instance, please contact the Dealer Principal of the dealership, who will respond to your enquiry immediately.

Step 2

Once you have contacted the Dealer Principal at your dealership and in the event that your concern has not been resolved, please make contact with the Director for that brand

Step 3

In the unlikely event that you remain unsatisfied with the solution offered to you by the Dealer Principal or the Brand Director you can refer your matter to the Stratstone Managing Director for further review.
