This is my fourth Speed Triple and without a doubt the best purchasing experience to date. Jules at Wolverhampton was 100% when listening to what I wanted when discussing the model he explained fully the offers and deals that came with the bike.

 

Jules took the time to inform me of all other options regarding servicing warrantee etc fully. I was allowed time to consider and choose which suited me and decide on the extras I wanted fitting from previous speed triples.

 

I now have a bike I am very happy with and a dealership I have confidence in to look after my machine and will be looking at upgrading my riding gear there as well.

It's the first time that I have purchased a motorcycle from Stratstone Triumph and I was very impressed with the service I received. Steve Handley was fantastic, when I came into view the bike on the Saturday Steve introduced himself and stayed with me for the duration of the time I was in the shop.  He helped me with information and different options for purchasing the bike. When I returned on the Tuesday after leaving a deposit he introduced me to Richard who also was very helpful on the finance side of things which gave me reassurance that I was buying from the right place.

 

As I have always brought my Triumph's from another local dealer you are pretty confident you get the right deal and best deal you can and after visiting your dealership in Wolverhampton.  I feel I have and will return again, so thank you very much to Steve Richard and the rest of the staff in making my deal go so smoothly.

I travelled 55 mile from derby to Stratstone (Wolverhampton) on a cold damp foggy day in November to meet Jules to part exchange my 125 I'd not long passed my test, the first thing he offered was a welcoming hot coffee, boy was it cold that day.

 

The exchange went nice and easy, explaining all the extra options available along the way, then a quick tour around my new purchase (controls and such like) back inside for another coffee and a bit of a chat about all things bike, then with a handshake and a goodbye he saw me off the premises with my new motorcycle (and a super-sized grin on my face of course).

 

It's not very often I buy from a shop in person I normally buy online, but this is one time I was glad I took the time to go in person, as the experience was above and beyond anything I was expecting.

 

The first time I met Jules It felt like I'd known him for ages, we got on really well and if I ever need/want another bike this is the first place I'll be looking.

I had to travel 60 miles to purchase my Xc800 from Triumph Wolverhampton so much of the purchase was actually handled on the phone. That all went very smoothly. I travelled down on the train on Sat morning to pick the bike up.

I feel my experience once again has been a very good one, I have recently bought a brand new car through Stratstone Mini Derby, so I did not expect any less of a positive experience from Stratstone Triumph at Leicester, and I was not disappointed either, It far exceeded my expectations.

 

The first point of call was a sales chap called Jon, right from the start he was very professional, and with a very warm and friendly attitude, he has bent over backwards to ensure I had the deal I was after, and got me back on another brand new Triumph after 10yrs of being away from bikes.

 

I was then on collection, introduced to all the other team members whom would looking after me in the future, all of which were a very happy team and look forward to dealing with them.

 

The dealership itself, is very light and well laid out and accessible, I also like, which I have not experienced before, is a motorcycle culture, this is explained by the Dealership aiming to be like the old "CAFE" type experience, right from the tea van outside, and bikers dropping in for a tea/coffee and a chat. This also included the dealer principle, whom was keen on getting me on rides out with the Rat club, and social side of Triumph ownership, which again when the better weather comes I will be going out with them.

Having visited the dealer just to browse, I was really impressed with the level of customer service.

 

I had been considering changing my bike, they were very helpful in looking at the various options, thereby enabling me to simplify the whole process, and take delivery of my new bike complete with my options on 1 September.

 

All details were processed accurately, everything explained carefully to me, really good customer service. 

 

I dealt with Julian Baggott and Pietro Ciancimino, they were far more helpful than other bike dealerships I have dealt with, they introduced me to all the staff, explaining who I would deal with going forward for example Alan in Service etc.
